Eric Cantona Auctioned His Rolls-Royce Car For Charity

Manchester United legend Eric Cantona has donated a Rolls-Royce to a graffiti artist JonOne to raise money for his Charity works in Paris.

Ahead of the auction in the fashion capital, JonOne painted the body work of the vintage care in his trademark colorful style. JonOne is a world famous street painter known for his imaginative paintings.

Eric Cantona said (translated by google),

“I decided to donate it because it’s the ultimate symbol of wealth and will help those in ultimate poverty,”

“This Rolls Royce painted by the world-renowned street artist JonOne has a real coherence and a lot of force.”

After a lively bidding war, the car went for around £105,000 at the auction, which is more than double of its original value.

Raised money will go to the French Homeless Charity work lead by Cantona himself.

But he could have just auctioned the car without those defacing graffiti – will cost a few thousand to have it resprayed now Tongue Out
