2 Ideal PL destinations for £100m English-born Bundesliga sensation including Arsenal

Two Ideal Premier League destinations for Jadon Sancho

According to reports in the Sun, a host of big Premier League clubs, namely Arsenal, Manchester United, Tottenham, Chelsea and Liverpool, are all interested in Borussia Dortmund’s young English star Jadon Sancho.

The report says that the former Manchester City and Watford youth player could cost around £100m for the clubs. The 18-year-old has earned rave reviews this season as he performs well on a regular basis for the current Bundesliga leaders. It has earned him an England call-up for the upcoming UEFA Nations League games against Croatia and Spain.

The winger has already provided six assists and scored one goal in seven Bundesliga appearances this season, with six of the involvements of the bench. As mentioned above, some of the top English clubs are keeping close tabs on him. However, here are the two ideal destinations for the 18-year-old if and when he decides to come back to play in his native country.

Chelsea

Out of the wide men that Chelsea have, only Eden Hazard is in great form. The likes of Pedro and Willian look tired and do not seem like a big threat to the defenders. The fact that the former is 31 and the latter 30, Sarri has to think of replacing them sooner than later.

Hazard too is blowing everyone’s mind in London by openly revealing his interest in playing for Real Madrid in the future. Hence, the Blues should act fast and sign some quality wingers who can stay for a long time. One option could be Jadon Sancho, who is young but has shown maturity to perform well at the highest level.

Arsenal

The Gunners have some high-class attacking players at their disposal. However, apart from Alex Iwobi, they don’t have a genuine winger in their ranks. The way Iwobi has been performing this season, it shows that Unai Emery loves working with young players to improve them.

The Spaniard’s 4-2-3-1 formation requires two pacy wingers alongside the No.10. Hence, getting Sancho wouldn’t be a bad option for the north London club. The fact that he’s offered players like Mateo Guendouzi enough game time is evidence enough to show that Emery trusts youngsters.

Therefore, if Sancho moves to Arsenal, he can expect to get his chances to prove his worth. The 18-year-old is a quality player to take that opportunity with both hands.
