Predicted Leicester City line-up to face Burnley in the Premier League

Leicester City overcame a difficult week to pick up a win against Cardiff City last time out. The Foxes will now turn their attention to Burnley this weekend. Sean Dyche’s men have been poor since the start and the Foxes must aim to pick up another win.

Leicester are definitely in an emotional state but they must strive to make amends when they face the Clarets.

Team News

Harry Maguire came off injured in the last game and will most probably miss out on this one. Apart from that, Claude Puel has no other injury concerns at the moment. The Foxes have plenty of options to deploy.

Leicester City predicted XI

Manager: Claude Puel

Formation: 4-2-3-1

Kasper Schmeichel (GK)

The Dane should continue in goal for the Foxes. No reason for him to be dropped.

Ricardo Pereira (RB)

Ricardo Pereira

Pereira was shifted back after the injury to Daniel Amartey. He must continue in right-back for this one as well.

Wes Morgan (CB)

The Jamaican captained his side to victory last week and should be aiming to do it in this game.

Jonny Evans (CB)

Evans could come in for the injured Harry Maguire.

Ben Chilwell (LB)

The left-back has been superb for the Foxes this season. He has picked up 2 assists in his last 3 games.

Nampalys Mendy (RCM)

Mendy should start this game and aim to cut out the Clarets on the counter.

Wilfred Ndidi (LCM)

His work rate has been magnificent and Ndidi is also proving to be a threat going forward.

Marc Albrighton (RAM)

Marc Albrighton

Albrighton’s teasing crosses into the box will always be a major asset to the Foxes. He should start on the right side of attacking midfield.

James Maddison (CAM)

Maddison has failed to make an impact in the last two games. However, he is still their best playmaker in the midfield.

Andre Gray (LAM)

Gray scored the winning goal and dedicated it to their late owner. He should start this game as well.

Jamie Vardy (ST)

It’s been a while since Vardy found the back of the net but this just might be that game.
