Liverpool have not had the best of seasons till now and it is evident that it will be a mammoth task for them to replicate their achievement of last season. Most of their new recruits have not clicked with some of them failing miserably. Brendan Rodgers is under immense pressure to perform and the manager knows that his job is on the line if he fails to deliver after such huge expenditure. But Liverpool do have a huge squad, a squad full of players who are inexperienced and cannot cope up with the hustle and bustle of the Premier League. Thus we list three players whom Liverpool should loan out in the summer for them to gain some experience.
Lazar Markovic- He was supposed to taking premier league by storm, coming in from Benfica for a large amount of transfer fee. But the 20 year old Serb has not done justice to his reputation and is now out of the first team. In whatever little chance that he has got till now, he has failed to impress and the management is not inclined to keep on giving him chances. In this situation it is advisable for the management to send him out on loan for a season, be it in the Premier League or any other leagues. Having match practice would be crucial for Lazar Markovic which will help him to come back stronger.
Suso- The young Spaniard was on loan at Almeria last season and made quite an impact there. But still he has not been able to break into the first team and that can be attributed to the lack of physical development of him. What Suso needs is gametime and that too in England. Liverpool must persist with him and not sell him immediately, as is being reported from many quarters. Instead, they can try and send him to a lower ranked club in the Premier League who would be glad to have his flair and creativity in their ranks. Suso has a bright future and Liverpool must do all to protect that.
Mamadou Sakho- It cannot be denied that there have been some differences between Brendan Rodgers and Mamadou Sakho over the past few months. Apart from that the Frenchman’s performance has also not been upto the mark. Thus Rodgers has decided to push him out of the team and injury has played its part in that. But there is no denying that Sakho is a strong and talented defender and his performances for his nation validates the fact. Thus it would be unwise for Liverpool to offload him immediately. Instead they can send him out on loan for a brief period so that Sakho can get his acts together and impress the manager once again.
