3 Spanish stars Unai Emery could buy for Arsenal including this young Real Madrid star

With Unai Emery heading to Arsenal, he might try to incorporate a few Spanish inclusions into the squad. The Spaniards could bring in an element of attacking intent and dynamism that Arsenal lacked in the final third this season.

Here are three Spanish stars Unai Emery could consider purchasing for Arsenal:

Saul Niguez

Saul is undoubtedly one of Atletico Madrid’s and Spain’s established stars now. With a couple of fantastic years at the Rojiblancos, he has proved that he has the capacity to deliver results at the highest level and his style of play suits Arsenal extremely well.

Saul Niguez

He was excellent when Arsenal and Atletico Madrid faced off in the Europa League semifinal and he could be the upgrade for Santi Cazorla.

Arsenal need a long-term replacement who can fill Santi’s void in the midfield. Saul is a perfect fit for their fast, rapid passing style and he could reach another level working under Unai Emery.

Nolito

The ex-City player could be great for Arsenal, provided if he is interested in returning to England once again.

He left the country following claims that his daughter was not suited to the weather. However, he fell out of favour with Guardiola for unknown reasons and that ended up having a detrimental effect on his career.

He moved to Sevilla and found his feet once again and despite missing out on the Spanish squad for the World Cup, he can be a great addition for the Gunners.

Nacho Fernandez

A bit of a far-fetch but Nacho could be a wildcard entry for Arsenal over the summer if he wants to leave Madrid.

Arsenal are in desperate need of a centre-back who can shoulder responsibility following the retirement of Per Mertesacker and Koscielny’s injury. Moreover, Mustafi has not been able to live up to the expectations meted on him and Nacho could be the answer to their defensive frailties.

Nacho to Arsenal isn’t going to be easy because he has already established himself at Real Madrid. If Real are looking at him as Ramos’ long-term successor, they will not be interested in selling him to the Gunners but Unai Emery should just look to bring the player to England and push hard for a move.

Thus, Arsenal will have a lot of options to look at once Emery arrives and the Spanish manager should just look back to his country as a viable transfer option. Spain is abundant with talent and with the Emirates in need of a massive surgery, moves for these players could aid in addressing their needs.
