According to reports, Premier League giants Manchester United and Manchester City will compete with every top club in the world to complete the signing of Bayern Munich’s Robert Lewandowski, after the superstar striker scored five goals in the span of nine minutes. The Poland international is without a doubt world-class and his performance against Wolfsburg just pushed him further higher in the ratings.
It is further being suggested that if the Red Devils can spend around €80m on Anthony Martial, then the 27-year-old experienced star would surely go for a price much higher. His agent, Cezary Kucharski spoke to TVN24 in Poland and certainly confirmed that a future move is possible though he did not give too much hope to the English sides just yet.
He said, “Manchester? It rains. The weather in Munich is nicer and it’s a more fun place to live. Madrid or Barcelona? Both places are nice. Just this weekend I’m going to Barcelona. But with my daughter, privately, for her birthday.”
