Arsenal Join Chelsea And Manchester United In The Race To Sign World’s Most Sort Out Striker

Star striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s contract with Paris Saint Germain will be ending at the end of this season and although 34 years of age he has many clubs looking to add him to their respective squads.

Recent reports from the Daily star suggest that Arsenal are interested in the player and may take over Chelsea’s attempt to sign the player. The player’s agent has confirmed Arsenal’s interest in the player and since Arsene Wenger has been looking into the market for a striker, it does not surprise us that this news has come up.

However, Ibrahimovic’s wages is sure to be north of £250,000-a-week and this may be the main consideration for Wenger and further he will need to ward off interests from Manchester United and Chelsea to acquire the player’s signature. French football site FootMercato claim the Blues have already offered Ibrahimovic a two-year deal worth £20m.

The Swede player had earlier rejected an offer from Arsenal, when he himself was 20 years of age and according to him he rejected the offer as Arsene Wenger wanted him to give a trial which he didn’t give.

‘I don’t do trials. You know who I am.’- Ibrahimovic when Wenger asked him to give a trial.
