Arsenal seem to be gathering their scouts and making some purchases in the transfer window, after being linked to Bielik and now are being linked to another wonder kid who has already stated on his Facebook account that he would be going to Arsenal and a few pictures of the same have been posted on various websites as well.
Martin Graiciar is a 15 year old striker who plays for Viktoria Plzen. The 15 year old Czech has been tracked by Arsenal and Real Madrid to name a few top clubs and it seems that Arsenal have been able to secure the services of the young upstart.
Young, fast and aware
There really isn’t much about the youngster since he has only played for the youth team at Plzen but from the few videos which have been uploaded about him, the youngster has pace to burn more than anything else.
Graiciar is extremely fast and most of the time does beat his defender, he plays off the shoulder of the defenders since he has a lot of pace to use. Graiciar is also very skilful in dribbling and can control the ball very well in tight spaces, which helps him run at the defenders.
He is always running straight at defenders trying to get them to commit on one side before he tries to have a go at goal. Graiciar also can set up the ball to create an opportunity for others although he still needs to work on his passing and decision making. The youngster is equally adept at scoring from either foot and has a lot of strength at this age group to bully even the biggest of defenders; of course his growth will continue since he is only 15 years old at this time.
Arsenal might complete the signing of the Czech striker in a few days but it will probably be a couple of years before any Arsenal fan sees the youngster make it into the first team. Graicias is what the current football world needs in a top striker, he is fast, athletic and has a good reading of the game, of course he can shoot and score but do Arsenal really need to sign so many young players when the real issue is about the lack of depth in the first team? Arsene Wenger does need to look into the deficiencies of the first team rather than build a team for 2020.
