Arsenal legend Tony Adams blasted club management for the way they are treating their players especially Theo Walcott.

“The most important player in the squad is Theo — but what incentive has he got?
“I don’t think it helps that he got a hat-trick in the week and then he’s on the bench at the weekend.”
“I’d like to see him up front but I’d also want to see Cesc and Van Persie still at the club”

There are strong rumors coming out from London that Walcott will leave in January. If that happens Arsenal are ready to pounce for Wilfried Zaha of Crystal Palace. Palace Boss Ian Holloway also hinted that club may not keep Zaha if the player wants to leave,
“He has got the world at his feet. Every time I have seen him play he looks like a top player and the i know top clubs from England want him”
“Would I like to keep him with me at Palace? Yes I would like to but I will never hold him back when it comes to realizing his ambitions.”
In other news, Reading owner Anton Zingarevich hinted that Arshavin will be their main target this January.
