This transfer window is likely to see several big ticket transfers never seen before. Juventus has apparently increased their interest in signing Chelsea midfielder Nemanja Matic.
According to Daily Mail, the Italian champions are ready to cash in on Paul Pogba to Manchester United and this will see the Serie A winner get a load of money which they will use to strengthen their squad. The report states that the Turin-based giants are looking at Nemanja Matic as the replacement for Paul Pogba in that case. Juventus has been shopping in the transfer market with the expected windfall of cash from Pogba’s sale and may make a few big name purchases.
Chelsea manager Antonio Conte is also in the middle of a rebuild and after acquiring N’Golo Kante from Leicester City, the dependence on Nemanja Matic has reduced for the Blues. However the Italian boss wants to keep hold of the midfielder but a decent bid from Juventus may see Chelsea sell Matic.
