According to the latest reports, Arsenal are very close to securing a deal for Juventus striker Mirko Vucinic. These reports also reveal that Vucinic’s agent is set to arrive at London tomorrow to finalize the deal.
With injury to speedster Theo Walcott, Arsenal are in a desperate situation to buy a player who can boost the team’s attacking depth.
Arsenal first tried to get Vucinic on loan but the Italian champions rejected the offer as they prefer selling him on a permanent deal. It is believed that a fee of around 8m pounds will be enough to secure the signature of the veteran striker. But will Wenger pay that much for an aged striker?
