Celtic FC News: Celtic and Rangers named in the list of 20 best clubs based on average attendance

Celtic FC News: Celtic and their Old Firm rival Rangers have been named in the list of clubs with the world’s best attendance. (h/t The Sun)

The Glasgow based clubs have been the flag-bearers of Scottish football, hughlighted by their famous rivalry.

As per the list compiled by Football Observatory, the old Firm rivals have been named among the top 20 clubs in the world for attracting audience, forthe last five years.

Borussia Dortmund, Manchester United and Barcelona topped the list, while the Hoops were ranked 16 and the Gers were at 18.

Both the Scottish clubs have beaten the likes of European giants Liverpool, PSG and others, which is a great achievement.

In the recent derby, the Celts outclassed Gerrard’s men, sharing the spoils after the defeat at Ibrox in the reverse fixture, earlier in the season.
