The Hoops suffered a goal-less draw against Hibernian on Sunday, which certainly didn’t please the interim manager.

Yet, the Bhoys look set to lift the Premiership title for a record-breaking eighth time in a row, as they are well clear of the other sides.

Now, Lennon has urged his side to focus only on clinching the title.

He said, (h/t The Sun)

We just need to win it and stop thinking about when we’re going to win it.”

“But this is their title, this is their time, they have to make the most of it.”

The Celts will be playing Kilmarnock this week. The odds are high for them to be crowned as the Champions if they win and but they’ll need Rangers to drop points against Aberdeen.

The Light Blues will look to delay their Old Firm rivals’ title celebrations, having won three matches on the trot.

Lennon, the makeshift manager, is also looking a real favourite to become the manager permanently, after guiding his side to six wins, without any defeats.

The former Hibs manager took charge immediately after Brendan Rodgers’ exit midway through the season.

Lennon’s major victories include the Old Firm win at Park Head last month and the Scottish Cup semi-final win against Aberdeen.

The Celts will face the Hearts in Cup final next month and they will look to maximize their chances of winning a domestic treble this season.
