Chelsea have been hit hard by a transfer ban but the performances of the Blues without any major signings have been good.
Frank Lampard is still searching for his first win as the Chelsea manager but the attack has looked impressive against the likes of Liverpool, Manchester United and Leicester City.
The Blues were able to sign Mateo Kovacic on a permanent deal after he joined last summer while Christian Pulisic has looked good after his arrival from Borussia Dortmund.
The American was signed before the transfer ban hit and it seems to be a good piece of business.

The English winger is one of the hottest properties in the Premier League and last season, he was subject to a lot of interest from Bayern Munich.
Sky Sports claimed that the Germans saw several bids rejected for the youngster, who is out of a contract at the end of this season.
Hudson-Odoi wanted to make more appearances for the Blues (h/t Sky Sports) and he started getting them under Maurizio Sarri.
He suffered an Achilles injury which has kept him out of action, but he is expected to be back soon.
If Hudson-Odoi is looking for more game time, there is no better place than Chelsea, at the moment.
Lampard has handed opportunities to Mason Mount this season, and Hudson-Odoi could be the next star that gets a chance to impress.

Losing Hudson-Odoi would be a big blow for the side as the youngster has the potential to become one of the best in the world.

The Blues cannot spend any money till the ban is lifted but they can keep hold of their players, something which has to be done with Hudson-Odoi.
The winger looked impressive for the Blues under Sarri, and he should improve further under the management of Lampard.
