Chelsea travel to Norwich this Sunday and Jose Mourinho would like to continue his winning momentum from the midweek Champions League clash against Steaua Bucharest where they won 4-0. The Blues are currently at 5th place in the table, 4 points behind Arsenal and two behind Liverpool and Tottenham. With a statistic of 5 wins out of their 6 visits to the Carrow Road, Mourinho will be hoping to land all the three points.
The Blues have had a mixed start to the season, with back to back defeats followed by a hard fought stalemate at the White Hart Lane last week. A win over Norwich before the International break next weekend, will give the Blues a lot more confidence going into the Interlul. The dust has clearly settled down from the start of the season and this is the right time to focus on the league.
As far as the team news in concerned, the inform Fernando Torres will miss out due to a knee injury (besides his one match ban is still active) leaving Eto’o and Demba Ba to battle it out for the starting berth with the former having involved in two of the goals in Bucharest will most likely bag a starting place.
