Chelsea have missed out on Radja Nainggolan and now the club is turning their attention to other players who could fill that midfield position that Antonio Conte wants to fill so dearly.
In search of another midfielder, the Blues are sure to step into other’s territory and looks like they are set to compete with Everton for William Carvalho according to Independent. The 24-year-old midfielder is probably available with his next most likely destination being Premier League. However Everton have been following the player throughout the transfer window and now with Chelsea keen on him, the clubs are set to compete.
Antonio Conte is keen to strengthen midfield section even though Nemanja Matic is likely to stay put at Chelsea beyond this summer. The Italian manager is finding it difficult to sign new players with most of their target valued above £50 million mark. The only signings so far has been Michy Batshuayi and N’Golo Kante.
