Chelsea’s managerial position has created a lot of speculations since Jose Mourinho was sacked in December. The Blues have been in search of a manager since a long time and this time around they might have just found a potential candidate to take up the managerial position at Stamford Bridge on a permanent basis.
Gianluca Di Marzio covered news regarding the same and well, they seem confident that Chelsea need not look any further for a manager. According to their website Chelsea have contacted Antonio Conte’s representatives for the position. Marzio have confirmed that both the parties have met number of times and are nearing the end of the deal.
As always with the news of a manager moving into a club their favored player’s move too comes into the picture. Conte has been linked with a move of Radja Nainggolan, whom he wanted to sign during his time at Juventus.
Chelsea’s representatives have watched the player many times and the Blues may try to bring in the player in a few days time, however it seems obvious that the Nainggolan’s move to the Stamford Bridge is absolutely dependent on Conte taking up the job of the manager.
