With Diego Costa’s future still a subject of speculation, the Blues are looking to get another quality striker on board for the next season.

Yea Romelu Lukaku is the hottest target for Chelsea this summer but the deal seems to be going back and forth between Everton and Chelsea. The player is said to be keen to move out but looks like the club is unwilling to sell Lukaku at almost any price.
Chelsea are said to be running out patience and will make a last-ditch offer with a condition of “take it or leave it” to Everton. The offer is reported to be in the range of £68 million as per the Sun. The Blues faced a similar challenge with Everton last year when they attempted to sign John Stones but failed even after making three bids.
