Dyche to make no changes – Predicted 4-4-1-1 Burnley line-up to face Leicester City

Predicted Burnley Line-up To Face Leicester City In The Premier League

Burnley will be hoping to make it five wins in a row when they host Leicester City at Turf Moor on Saturday.

The Clarets would be desperate to keep their European dreams alive with a win over Leicester. The Foxes, on the other hand, will be determined to put their defeat to Newcastle United behind them and bounce back this weekend.

Probable Burnley XI

Manager: Sean Dyche

Formation: 4-4-1-1

Nick Pope (GK)

Pope has been brilliant between the sticks this season and will hope to continue his good form.

Matt Lowton (RB)

Lowton is an attacking right-back and will keep his place against Leicester City.

James Tarkowski (CB)

Burnley’s record in defence this season is remarkable and that is down to James Tarkowski and Ben Mee. While Mee is out with a shin injury, Tarkowski will look to continue his good form.

James Tarkowski

Kevin Long (CB)

Long is expected to partner Tarkowski at the heart of the defence. The 27-year-old has seen plenty of football this term and is proving himself to be up to the task.

Stephen Ward (LB)

The Republic of Ireland international will once again start at left-back for the Clarets, ahead of summer signing Charlie Taylor.

Aaron Lennon (RM)

Lennon provides plenty of pace and energy down the right-wing and always remains a tricky customer to deal with. Expecting him to come up with another fine display at the weekend.

Jack Cork (CM)

Cork has been excellent this season for the Clarets. He does the dirty job in the team, protects the back-line and also comes up with the odd goal. A sure starter.

Jack Cork

Ashley Westwood (CM)

Westwood should retain his spot in the heart of the midfield. His main job will be to shut out the Leicester attackers.

Georges-Kevin N’Koudou (LM)

N’Koudou was a constant threat against Watford last weekend. He should retain his place for Saturday’s game.

Ashley Barnes (CF)

Barnes has been superb this season and should once again find himself starting behind the main striker.

Chris Wood (ST)

Chris Wood is a natural goalscorer. He is athletic, strong, powerful and can score goals of all ranges. After failing to score last weekend, the Kiwi will be hoping to get back on the scoresheet against the Foxes.
