If rumours are to be believed then Diego Simeone is currently very high in the wish list of the Manchester United hierarchy to take over Manchester United in the summer. With Simeone having proved himself with Atletico Madrid this season taking on vastly superior sides in Barcelona and Real Madrid toe to toe in the La Liga and the Champions League, the stock of Simeone has never been higher. Add to the fact that he is still young and is a long term prospect and suddenly it feels that this is a winning combination right here. Only thing which will go against Simeone is his relative inexperience of managing any really big clubs and the pressure which comes with it.
