Manchester United has given a second trial opportunity to Livingston kid Matthew Knox. The teenager spent a trial session at Manchester United a few months ago and has been called again.

Knox is also in demand by Rangers who have made several bids to secure the teenager. However, the offer price of £75,000 from Rangers have been deemed too less by Livingston. The club wants at least double that fee for the teenager. The player is just 16 years old and made his debut in December.

Knox has also spent time at Liverpool, Spurs, Everton and Nottingham Forest in the recent months and now is set to return to United for a second trial session. With Rangers interested as well, there could be a bidding war for the teenager but it is believed that the player prefers a move to Manchester over Rangers. He will, however, will have to impress the guys at Manchester first.
