Manchester United manager Louis Van Gaal has announced his squad for the UEFA Champions League and surprisingly, Spanish goalkeeper David de Gea has been included in the squad.

De Gea’s future looked bleak at the start of the season after he was spotted at the stands for all Manchester United matches and it’s a welcome move by Van Gaal to include his best custodian in the squad. De Gea’s compatriot Victor Valdes is not included in the squad that has Sergio Romero, Sam Johnstone as the other two goalies.
Anthony Martial, United’s deadline day signing is also included in the squad. Here is the squad:
