Predicted Norwich City line-up to face Bolton in the Championship

League leaders Norwich City will welcome Bolton Wanderers to the Carrow Road on Saturday in the Championship.

The Canaries have emerged as surprise league leaders and Daniel Farke will be hoping his team continue their good run of form. They are currently a point clear at the top of the table heading into the weekend’s game against Bolton.

Norwich City come into Saturday’s game on the back of a 3-1 victory over Rotherham.

Team News

Moritz Leitner missed the Rotherham clash with a calf injury but could be available for Saturday’s game. Onel Hernandez could again miss out with a hamstring problem. Meanwhile, Matt Jarvis and Grant Hanley are not yet match-fit.

Probable Norwich City XI

Formation: 4-2-3-1

Manager: Daniel Farke

Tim Krul (GK)

Krul is Farke’s first-choice in goal and should start the game against Bolton.

Max Aarons (RB)

Aarons is an energetic presence down the right, always willing to contribute to the Norwich’s attacks. He is a certain starter for Saturday’s game.

Christoph Zimmermann (CB)

Zimmermann is a solid defender who will look to keep the Bolton attackers at bay.

Timm Klose (CB)

Klose has forged a brilliant partnership with Zimmermann at the back. He is set to retain his place in the starting XI.

Jamal Lewis (LB)

Lewis is an attacking full-back who tries to give everything he can to the Norwich attacks.

Alex Tettey

Alex Tettey (CM)

Tettey brings stability to the team. A strong midfielder, Tettey never hesitates to stick out a leg to halt an opposition player from advancing.

Mario Vrancic (CM)

Vrancic could again start in a deeper role alongside Tettey. The presence of Tettey would give Vrancic the freedom to be at his creative best.

Emiliano Buendia (RW)

Buendia is in red-hot form for the Canaries and is a certain starter at the weekend.

Marco Stiepermann (CAM)

Stiepermann will start in the no.10 role, hoping to link up the play between the midfield and the attack.

Todd Cantwell (LW)

Cantwell scored in the 3-1 victory over Rotherham last weekend and will look to get on the scoresheet this week too.
