[Image] Predicted 4-3-3 Tottenham XI to face Ajax – can Spurs take early advantage against the Dutch giants?

Tottenham Hotspur vs Ajax predictions: Tottenham line-up

After a poor result against West Ham on Saturday, Tottenham will be looking to bounce back against a brilliant Ajax side in the semi-finals of the Champions League.

Beating Ajax will be a huge result for Spurs especially after they dropped out of the title race after the turn of the year. Pochettino will have to get his tactics spot on to have a chance against an Ajax side who have already beaten Real Madrid and Juventus this season.

Team News

Jan Vertonghen is expected to return to the side after missing out against West Ham on Saturday. Harry Kane, Erik Lamela, Moussa Sissoko, Harry Winks and Serge Aurier are all ruled out with injuries.

Lucas Moura (RW)

The Brazilian showed Tottenham fans what he is capable of with a hattrick against Huddersfield but he has been quiet since. His runs down the right wing will be a massive outlet for Spurs against a resilient Ajax side.

Fernando Llorente (ST)

Llorente should lead the line in the absence of Harry Kane and Heung-min Son, and his hold up play will be hugely important for the North Londoners.
