In the spotlight: Karamoke Dembele shines on Celtic debut

Celtic FC video highlights: Karamoko Dembele shone on his Celtic debut on Sunday against Hearts.

Having already crowned the Scottish Premiership champions with the matches to spare, the Hoops faced Hearts in their final league game of the campaign.

And the youngster made his long-awaited debut and the fans were able to witness a glimpse of his magic.

In the process, the 16-year-old sported some of his awe-inspiring skills and cemented himself as one of the superstars to watch out for in the coming years.

Dembele turned 16 earlier this year, thus, attaining the rights to play in the first team.

The London-born teenager earlier committed his future towards England football, despite having played for Scotland in youth levels.

The Celts emerged winners with the scoreline 2-1, thanks to Michael Johnston who netted a brace. The 20-year-old thus scored his 5th goal of the game.

Neil Lennon, the interim manager, fared well since taking the charge leading the Hoops to more than 8 wins, sparring the only defeat against Rangers.

The former Hibernian manager has a great chance to inspire the Hoops to a domestic double this season as they await Hearts in the Scottish Cup finals this week.
