The left-back netted a goal and created one more allowing his side to pick up a 3-1 win over Latvians.
Alioski scored the opener in the 11th minute benefiting from the assist of veteran Goran Pandev.
The Whites left back forced a powerful shot from the left flank eventually beating the goalkeeper’s hands.
Leeds wing-back has been one of the consistent performers for Marcelo Bielsa this season scoring seven goals and providing five assists in more than 30 games.
Alioski has been a regular for the Whites since he moved from Lugano in 2018.
The Macedonians were drawn up in pool G for the Euro Qualifiers and will be facing Slovenia on Monday.
