Since joining the championship in 2016, Hernandez has become an integral part of Marcelo Bielsa’s side.

The Argentine manager labeled the Spaniard as one of the best creative players he had worked with.

Hernandez has been the go-to-guy for the Whites this season scoring ten and providing 11 assists. In fact, he is the joint top assist provider in the Championship.

The midfielder has been excellent for the Whites in the past few games providing some valuable performances.

In the defeat against Sheffield United, Hernandez stood apart with some eye-catching stats.

Bielsa’s men were looking good in the quest for the Premier League promotion until the defeat against the Blades.  The defeat has forced the Elland Road club a position down the table.
