Three Players Who Manchester United Should Send Out On Loan This Summer

Manchester United were lucky to qualify for the Champions League, even after a dismal finish in the league campaign. However, it must be said that they have earned it after a hard-fought Europa League campaign last season.

Jose Mourinho is not one bit impressed with the squad at the club and is adamant to add some quality to the first team to help them compete at the highest level next season. This has seen him get linked with some of the finest players in Europe for a move this summer. However, this will mean that a few players at the club will have to quit before the start of the season, to make way for the new signings and reduce the wage burden.

However, Mourinho might not want to get rid of all his players and might look to send some of them out on loan, for them to gain some valuable experience. Here are three such players who could be pushed out of Old Trafford on a loan deal this summer.

Axel Tuanzebe

One of the very few players who got a chance to feature in Jose Mourinho’s first team regularly in the previous campaign, Tuanzebe was excellent in every opportunity he got and has time and again proven himself at the highest level. However, Mourinho is not going to trust a 19-year old in the first team and should send him out on loan as the boy deserves the exposure in top-level football, rather than being a part of the U23 squad at the club.

Demetri Mitchell

Another player who got a look out on the final day of the season, Mitchell showed that he is ready for the next step and at 20, finally, deserves some first team action. However, it will be impossible for him to find some at Old Trafford and the best option for him is to find a new club who can offer him regular first team action next season. This will help him build himself as a player, and come back to help his parent club in the future.

Josh Harrop

Harrop made a fine debut against Crystal Palace, as he scored a goal on that day. A skilful midfielder that he is, he announced his arrival with a stunning two-goal show in a pre-season friendly at Barnsley in 2014. Coming from a United-supporting family, he clearly has a burning ambition to make the grade at the club but injury problems hampered his progress in 2015/16.

However, his debut performance shows that he is a quality player. But he will not get too much game time with the first team and would develop well if he moves away on loan.
