Liverpool have been linked with a move to Mateo Kovacic recently but the latest report suggest that the club is more interested to sign Piotr Zielinski.
According to reports from Squwaka, the Reds are looking to finalize the deal for the Udinese star. Liverpool Echo has managed to unearth that the interest in Kovacic is inaccurate and the club is actually more focused on signing Zielinski. Before Kovacic made the move to Real Madrid, Liverpool have been linked with a move for the player but the Reds have since cooled their interest.
He has played in 25 games for Real Madrid and only in 8 of them he managed to start. However he has been linked with a move away from Bernabeu and as a result the media started speculating that Liverpool were interested from their early pursuit. The recent report from Liverpool Echo states otherwise and if they are correct we could see Zielinski in red jersey soon.
