Cesc Fabregas transfer saga is taking a twist everyday. Almost all top clubs from Premier league are rumored to be in the race to sign the Spanish play maker.

But one London club openly ruled themselves out from the transfer race. Is it Chelsea? No Arsenal? No Spurs ? No. Actually, it’s not even a premier league club. It’s League 2 side Dagenham & Redbridge.
