Henrikh Mkhitaryan transfer saga to Manchester United is nearing its end. The Armenia international has one year left on his contract with Borussia Dortmund and has decided against renewing it.
Now Sky Sports has reported that the Red Devils are at an advanced stage of negotiation and will the deal for the midfielder will be concluded shortly. He has scored 18 goals and provided 25 assists for the German team last season and was named the Bundesliga Player’s Player of the season. Apart from this he is also the all time highest scorer for his national team and has capped 59 times.
Jose Mourinho is a big fan and it is expected that the arrival of Mkhitaryan will trigger the exit of existing midfielders at Manchester United. Juan Mata has been sold by Mourinho earlier when they were at Chelsea and most likely he is the one to be axed this time around as well.
