As per a recent report, it has now been revealed Premier League giants Manchester United had made two big money offers in the summer transfer window to sign Bayern Munich’s Thomas Muller, worth a total amount of £120m. The German World Cup winner has a close relationship with manager Louis van Gaal and was being heavily targetted by the Red Devils this summer.

The Bundesliga champions had no intention of parting ways with the Germany international, who is one of their star players and rebuffed his potential move to Old Trafford.
Further, as per reports from Bild, Bayern did not sell the 26 year old attacker though United bid around £55m and then £65m, with the Dutch boss desperate to add another world-class attacking option to his squad.
Muller has now started the 2015/16 in superb form once again and has managed to score a total of six goals in the first six league games for the German giants.
