Manchester United Superstar Gets a Warning Prior to Champions League Trip

It is now being suggested that Manchester United’s Memphis Depay will not have the best of times on his return to former club PSV Eindhoven, as per what the Dutch side’s former boss Aad de Mos has stated. The Red Devils will be off to Holland on Tuesday evening for the first game in the Champions League group stage.

The 21-year-old winger will be making an instant return to the Philips Stadion, after moving to Old Trafford in a £25m deal this summer.

However, 68-year-old De Mos told the Daily Mirror that PSV right-back Santiago Arias will win the duel with the winger. He said, “Depay is not going to get one bit of joy out of his return to Holland. Santiago Arias, the Colombian international defender who knows him inside out, is going to eat him raw. Honestly, I am 100 per cent sure that Arias will wipe him out.”

De Mos also had a warning for Holland international and former Ajax man Daley Blind. He added, “And if Daley Blind thinks he can come and enjoy a bit of freedom, or dominate the game again, then he will soon realise all the PSV players are going to be after him. They will not leave him alone.
