Manchester United’s Dream XI After Jan Window: Griezmann +Two Additions From Jose’s Homeland

Manchester United’s Dream XI After Jan Window

Christmas gifts might arrive early for Jose Mourinho and his team during the next season, as Manchester United can purchase the players Mourinho wanted so bad in order to improve his team performances in the second half of the league. Manchester United are picking up form again and are just 4 points behind the 4th placed Arsenal.

Even though Jose admitted that he prefer Summer transfer windows ahead of the January window, we still believe that one or two new faces may arrive at Old Trafford this January.

In this article, we’ll try to take a look at what could be Manchester United best XI after the transfer window.

Formation: 4-2-3-1

David De Gea: The Spaniard goalkeeper is the number one option for Jose Mourinho. One of the best goalkeepers in the world and not surprisingly, he will be their no 1 as long as he stays with the club.

Daley Blind: Although Blind hasn’t been at his best this season, the former Ajax man has overcome the bad situations and now is seen as an important agent in Mourinho’s plan.

Eric Bailly: The Ivory Coast native is probably the best signing for the red devils this season despite being injured over the past few weeks. We can expect that he will come back stronger from the injury to take back his spot in the starting XI.

Victor Lindelof (Predicted New Arrival): Benfica centre-back has been a great revelation in European football this season, and Manchester United are heavily linked with him and if it happens, he may solve United’s defensive issues once and for all.

nelson-semedo

Nelson Semedo (Predicted New Arrival): Lindelof teammate in The Eagles, Nelson has shown great quality to play both in defence and midfield. Semedo can be a great addition to United’s ranks.

Ander Herrera: Spaniard midfielder has found his place in Manchester, and he is adapting well to his new deep playmaking role.

Paul Pogba:  Big money signing is still adapting to the life in the premier league but he is still an important player for the Red devils. Best is yet to come.

griezmann

Antoine Griezmann (Predicted new arrival): Griezmann is one of the most talented players in Europe right now. The French star has breathtaking ball skills and finishing moves that can take Manchester United to a whole new level if he signs for the club. It will be a tough transfer to pull off but United has the money power to do it.

Juan Mata: The former Chelsea star is yet to seal a permanent starting berth in Jose’s plans but still he has the qualities that cannot be ignored by the manager.

Henrikh Mkhitaryan: Henrikh started his journey at Old Trafford being relegated to the bench and sometimes to bleachers, but in recent games, he’s been United’s main focal point in attack.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic: The Swedish striker is set to extend his stay at Old Trafford, but it’s very likely that the narcissistic yet incredibly talented forward will spearhead United’s attack for at least for another season despite being an ageing veteran.
