Mourinho to make 1 big change – Predicted 4-3-3 Manchester United XI to take on Arsenal

Predicted Manchester United Line-up To Face Arsenal In The Premier League

After beating Tottenham Hotspur to book a place in the FA Cup final, Manchester United turn their attention to the Premier League as they host Arsenal on Sunday.

Jose Mourinho’s men will be on a high after beating Spurs at Wembley and will look to beat Arsenal to strengthen their hold on the 2nd spot.

Arsenal, on the other hand, have nothing to play for in the league. Arsene Wenger is set to bid goodbye to the club and the Gunners will be determined to end the Frenchman’s reign on a high.

Probable Manchester United XI

Formation: 4-3-3

Manager: Jose Mourinho

David De Gea (GK)

De Gea is the first name on the team sheet for Mourinho and is enjoying yet another fantastic season for the Red Devils. He is sure to start against the Gunners.

Antonio Valencia (RB)

Antonio Valencia ran himself into the ground before eventually being substituted last weekend against Tottenham. However, he should be fit to play on Sunday.

Chris Smalling (CB)

Smalling has been excellent for the last few weeks and deserves to keep his place in the team. He needs to produce a commanding display against Arsenal.

Phil Jones (CB)

Jones returned from injury against Tottenham and put in a fantastic performance, keeping Harry Kane at bay. Solid and reliable, the England international would be raring to go on Sunday.

Ashley Young (LB)

Ashley Young has made the left-back position his own with consistent performances throughout this term. He should start at the weekend.

Nemanja Matic (CDM)

Matic has been a permanent fixture for United since arriving from Chelsea at the start of the season. The Serb screens United’s defence, breaks up the play and recycles possession from the base of the midfield.

Paul Pogba

Paul Pogba (LCM)

The club record signing was in top form last weekend against Spurs. Pogba oozed class in the FA Cup semi-finals and there is no doubt that there are very few better than him when he is on song. A sure starter at the weekend.

Ander Herrera (RCM)

Herrera produced his best performance of the season against Spurs. He has been in and out of the team, which has seen him fail to nail down a regular place in the team. A clever customer, Herrera brings a lot of energy and provides different flair to United’s midfield.

Alexis Sanchez (LW)

Alexis Sanchez has struggled to make a serious impact since his January switch from Arsenal but the Chilean showed perfect timing to demonstrate his class against the Lilywhites at Wembley. After a Man of the Match showing last weekend, he will be raring to go against his former employers.

Marcus Rashford (RW)

Jesse Lingard has regularly played this season and clearly needs a rest and the player to replace him on the right should be Marcus Rashford. With his blistering pace and direct running, Rashford will be hoping to make an impact on Sunday.

Romelu Lukaku (ST)

Leading the attack for United will be Romelu Lukaku. The big Belgian has not only scored goals this season but also has improved his overall game. He is brimming with confidence at the moment and would look to get on the scoresheet against Wenger’s men.
