Mourinho to make 4 changes – Strongest 4-3-3 Manchester United XI to face West Ham

Predicted Manchester United Line-up To Face West Ham United In The Premier League

Manchester United are set to finish 2nd in the league this season but they will be disappointed with the loss they suffered at the hands of Brighton and Hove Albion last weekend. The Red Devils will want to finish the season on a high.

West Ham come into this game on the back of securing their status in the Premier League and will be interesting to see if they aim to finish the season strongly or choose to ease things off.

Probable Manchester United XI

Manager: Jose Mourinho

Formation: 4-3-3

David De Gea (GK)

Probably the best goalkeeper in the world and he has been in excellent form this season for Manchester United. He kept the scoreline down on a couple of occasions against Brighton and is invaluable to his team.

Antonio Valencia (RB)

The experienced player has slotted into that right-back position well for Mourinho and has put in some good performances this season. Gets forward whenever possible but also looks solid in defence.

Chris Smalling (CB)

The centre-back has been in excellent form in the last few games and looks to be a certainty in the England defence this Summer. He has turned into a really good player.

Chris Smalling and Paul Pogba

Victor Lindelof (CB)

Lindelof has had an interesting season for United. He has shown his potential when he has played but has not adjusted to the Premier League that well. Will need a good pre-season to come back more experienced next campaign.

Ashley Young (LB)

Young pretty much mirrors Valencia at left-back. A player who was lethal in his prime down the wing, who Mourinho now prefers in a less advanced position. He provides a threat going forward while also covering well defensively.

Paul Pogba (CM)

The classy midfielder will be looking to build consistency in preparations for next season. He was fantastic against Arsenal and Bournemouth recently but went missing against Brighton, something that has happened far too often this season. Will be looking to put in a good performance here.

Nemanja Matic (centre)

Nemanja Matic (CM)

One of the signings of the season from Chelsea and he has definitely improved this United squad. He is always the best when he sticks to what he knows. He is a strong defender who allows the midfielders next to him to get forward – a role which he performs excellently.

Scott McTominay (CM)

The youngster has been excellent in his few performances for United this season and could get another chance to shine here. He is a good passer of the ball and allows the other offensive players around him to shine.

Marcus Rashford (LW)

Rashford has 6 goals and 5 assists in 16 starts for United and he is still only 20 years old. If Mourinho doesn’t want him, then there are plenty who will in the Summer.

Anthony Martial

Jesse Lingard (RW)

Lingard has been a real success story for United this season and that should see him on the plane to Russia this Summer. He adds an extra attacking threat to the team and Mourinho will be expecting him to create chances in this game.

Anthony Martial (ST)

Didn’t have the best of games against Brighton on the wing but this game should see Mourinho test him in a more central position. He has 9 goals and 5 assists in 18 starts.
