Why Eden Hazard should move to Real Madrid in the summer

According to the Express, Chelsea midfielder Eden Hazard has been linked with a summer move to Spanish giants Real Madrid. The Belgian has continually flirted with the Blancos over the last month but has stressed that he will not force his way out of the club just to make the move.

But at this point, leaving London for Spain seems like the best option for Hazard. The former Lille midfielder has won almost everything there is to win in England. The only accolade left for him to win is a Champions League crown and eventually compete for the Ballon d’Or, which seems possible only at Real Madrid or Barcelona.

Hazard is and has definitely been one of the best players to grace the Premier League in recent years. His performances have been consistent and the Belgian is one of the Blues’ main driving forces.

The 27-year-old has come to Chelsea’s rescue on a countless number of occasions and though his potential departure will be a huge loss for the club, it is one he will have to make in order to take his career to the next level.

He possesses all the qualities to flourish at Real Madrid, who are currently in dreadful form under new manager Julen Lopetegui. The arrival of Hazard would completely solve that problem as the Belgian is capable of running the show on his own. He can dribble, play incisive passes, create chances and score wonderful goals.

Hazard really is the complete package and that is why he must justify his quality by moving to Real Madrid. It is probably the only chance to take his career to the next level and eventually go on to become one of the footballing greats.
