Why Jack Grealish must take his career to the next level by moving to the Premier League

Aston Villa midfielder Jack Grealish is starting to make a real name for himself in England. The attacking midfielder has been impressive for the Villans over the last two seasons. The Villans drew 2-2 against Brentford at Villa Park and once again, Jack Grealish put in a commanding performance. Deployed as a central attacking midfielder, Grealish has registered 1 assist in 5 second-tier appearances this season.

The 22-year-old has emerged as one of the brightest young English players in the country. The midfielder must now aim to make a move to the Premier League in order to take his career to the next step. Furthermore, Grealish possesses all the qualities to flourish in a top team.

The midfielder is calm and composed on the ball, often using his creative nous to unlock defences. Grealish is adept at controlling the ball and boasts of incredible dribbling attributes as well. He can comfortably take on defenders in the final third.

In the game against Brentford, Grealish was a menace outside the box, often beating the defenders before playing in striker Jonathan Kodjia. He is excellent at getting out of tight situations and holding onto the ball.

He is also capable of slotting into a left-wing role in a 4-3-3 formation. What’s even more appealing about the player is his work rate and willingness to track back to support the defence.
