Pochettino to make 3 changes – Predicted 4-2-3-1 Tottenham line-up to face Chelsea

Predicted Tottenham Line-up To Face Chelsea In The Premier League

Tottenham Hotspur will travel to Stamford Bridge on Sunday to face London rivals, Chelsea. A colossal clash is expected between these powerhouse sides and with the Premier League season coming to an end, both teams will be hungry to secure three points.

Spurs come into this game on the back of two big wins against Swansea in the FA Cup and against Bournemouth in the Premier League. As far as the points table is concerned, Mauricio Pochettino’s men are five points ahead of the defending champions and the club will be looking to prevent them from closing the gap.

Probable Tottenham XI

Manager: Mauricio Pochettino

Formation: 4-2-3-1

Hugo Lloris (GK)

Tottenham’s Mr Dependable should take up his usual role between the sticks for his the club.

Ben Davies (LB)

Davies continues to excel at left-back and Pochettino is likely to choose him ahead of Danny Rose yet again.

Davinson Sanchez (CB)

He has been an excellent addition to the Spurs side and his power has truly elevated their performances at the back. With Alderweireld a doubt, Sanchez is expected to retain his spot.

Davinson Sanchez

Jan Vertonghen (CB)

Dier’s calculated moves and influence in the middle will be key for Spurs to control the game.

Mousa Dembele (DM)

Dembele made way for Sissoko against Swansea but he is likely to return this weekend as Dier’s midfield partner.

Christian Eriksen (LW)

Eriksen is going from strength-to-strength for Tottenham and it is important that he uses his pace to break down the Chelsea defence.

Dele Alli (CAM)

Alli is a talented player and his creativity can unlock several doors for Spurs.

Erik Lamela (RW)

Lamela should be deployed on the right-wing, which is his preferred role.
