Here is how Bayern Munich could line up against PSG:

Formation: 4-2-3-1

Manager: Carlo Ancelotti

Sven Ulreich (GK)

Sven Ulreich started the previous game against Wolfsburg and was disappointing and error prone. However, with Neuer unavailable, Ulreich is expected to keep his place in the team.

Joshua Kimmich (RB)

Kimmich has quickly established himself at Bayern and is one of the first names on the team sheet under Carlo Ancelotti. The versatile youngster has proven to be a worthy successor to Germany legend, Philipp Lahm.

Joshua Kimmich

Mats Hummels (CB)

Mats Hummels is an automatic starter for Ancelotti’s Bayern and he should take the field against a dangerous PSG attack.

Jerome Boateng (CB)

Boateng is arguably one of the best defenders in the world right now and him alongside Hummels is potentially unbreachable. A definite starter.

David Alaba (LB)

Alaba returned to full training ahead of this crucial clash. He would, under normal circumstances, start the game for sure, given that he is fit and available.

Jerome Boateng

Thiago Alcantara (CM)

The Spanish midfielder is a regular under Ancelotti and should keep his place in the midfield and make things happen for his side.

Arturo Vidal (CM)

The Chilean international will once again be In the heart of the midfield and will provide the push that the Bavarians need going forward. The hardworking midfielder has the ability to break down the opposition and win back possession, which makes him a necessary inclusion.

James Rodriguez (CAM)

The Colombian international who is on loan from Real Madrid has made quite an impression already despite playing in an unfamiliar atmosphere. Should start in his favoured No.10 position.

James Rodriguez

Arjen Robben (RW)

The 33-year-old Dutchman is an important player for the Bavarians and scored in the games vs Mainz and Wolfsburg. It will be interesting to see if Robben can make an impact against PSG.

Franck Ribery (LW)

Despite reaching 34, the Frenchman is still going strong and has made 8 appearances so far this season, showing how much Ancelotti values the winger. Ribery should keep his place in the first team.

Robert Lewandowski (ST)

Undoubtedly one of the best strikers in the world at the moment, Lewandowski is guaranteed to start against PSG. With 11 goals in 9 appearances already this season, the French side will be mindful of his threat.
