The youth has a great influence on the game these days. We have great examples in Chamberlain, Rafael and the new prodigy Rahim Sterling. Everyone praises the effort of the guys who worked so hard that they now dominate the game. But one just can’t over shadow the work that is being done by people who are closing in on time to hang their boots, but they are so elegant, so determined, that even at an age nearing the death of their footballing careers, are still working along the young blood to get their teams to glory. Mikel Arteta

 Young Tomas started his career in 1986 at CKD Kompresory Prague. He played there for 2 years and the he was handed a transfer to Sparta Prague. He served Sparta Prague for 11 years before joining Dortmund for a record fee of 14.5m. He is a great player with a great vision and his ability to dictate the pace of game. During his spell at Dortmund he was nicked as “The Little Mozart”, recognizing the amount of talent he posses. He then jumped ships and joined Arsenal in 2006. He started off well as a replacement too much loved Pires but injuries stopped him in his tracks. Despite being injured and away from action for a long time Rosicky showed last year in the game against Hotspurs how lethal can he be on his day.
