Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey who has just ended his season on a high after scoring the winning goal in the FA Cup finals has been enjoying his time off the game. The Welsh midfielder was recently spotted at Monaco spending time with his mates in the sovereign city-state watching the Monaco Grand Prix.
However, earlier today, Dailymail (the article has been removed now) shocked Arsenal fans across the World, with a false report that he is set to undergo a surgery in his thigh which had kept him out of the game for a better part of three months during the recently concluded season.
The report said:
Aaron Ramsey is facing summer surgery on the thigh problem that sidelined him for three months of the season.
Arsenal’s FA Cup final hero will see a specialist to investigate the injury and ensure there is no repeat of that extended lay-off.
Manager Arsene Wenger is keen his midfield lynchpin is fit and firing at the start of next season and the club will act upon any recommendations made by the specialist.
It was not long before Ramsey reacted to the false news claiming that he is fit as ever and is already looking forward to the pre-season with the Gunners.
Please ignore any stories about me needing surgery. They are completely false. I'm enjoying my summer and already can't wait for pre-season.
