Sarri to make no changes – Strongest 4-3-3 Chelsea XI to face Bournemouth

Predicted Chelsea line-up to face Bournemouth in the Premier League

Chelsea have made a perfect start to this season, winning all three league games played so far. The new era under Maurizio Sarri is up and running with confidence in the squad day by day. They made some late signings in the summer but they possess a strong enough squad to win games on a regular basis.

They will face a Bournemouth team, who have adopted the tag of “comeback kings” after coming from a goal down and winning against West Ham, and doing the same to claim a point against Everton. Hence, the Blues know they are in for a tough fight this weekend, going up against a team who never seem to give up.

Team News

Cesc Fabregas is still out of the squad. With no midweek games taking place for them, it wouldn’t be a surprise if no changes are made from last week.

Probable Chelsea XI

Formation: 4-3-3

Manager: Maurizio Sarri

Kepa Arrizabalaga (GK)

He has been largely untested and has looked shaky at times. Expect him to get better with more minutes on the field.

Cesar Azpilicueta (RB)

The epitome of consistency in the line-up, Azpilicueta always seems to give his 100% on the pitch.

Antonio Rudiger

Antonio Rudiger (CB)

The German has looked more comfortable in a back-four system under Sarri. His passing from the back is very good, something which the manager would like.

David Luiz (CB)

The Brazilian has been a bit shaky playing in a high-line but his passing and command is still there to be seen.

Marcos Alonso (LB)

The Spaniard has been impressive for Chelsea, scoring and creating chances. He has silenced few doubters about whether he could adjust playing at left-back instead of left wing-back.

Jorginho (CDM)

The Italian has done well to assert control in the midfield by passing the ball with accuracy. He knows Sarri’s game, and so he is adapting quickly.

N’Golo Kante

N’Golo Kante (RCM)

The Frenchman is still learning his new role in a slightly advanced position. He is certain to be a key figure for Chelsea regardless of which position he plays in.

Mateo Kovacic (LCM)

The Croat was impressive in the last game and should keep Ross Barkley away from the side for some time.

Eden Hazard (LW)

The magician and the talisman for Chelsea, they will be relieved he is determined to do well.

Alvaro Morata (ST)

The Spaniard hasn’t impressed after getting a new set of opportunities under Sarri. He could get two or three more chances to impact and if he fails to perform, Olivier Giroud could very well break into the team.

Pedro

Pedro (RW)

He was quiet in the previous game but has been a revelation in a new system. Expect him to be a key player for Chelsea this season.
