Predicted Sheffield United Line-up To Face Queens Park Rangers In The EFL Championship
Having gone to Leeds and done the business to go top of the Championship, Sheffield United now look to do what previous leaders Wolves could not and win at Loftus Road too.
QPR away would not have been thought of as a game in which the Blades would start as favourites back in August but now much is expected of them after such a marvelous start to the campaign.
Chris Wilder, running away with the Manager of the Year title so far, is, of course, likely to stick with his favoured 3-5-2 formation.
Formation: 3-5-2
Manager: Chris Wilder
GK – Jamal Blackman
Yet another player who helps to open up the debate about the strength of certain Premier League teams and the chances they give their players. Blackman may now end up being promoted to the Premier League next season, but will still not get close to the Chelsea team.

CB – Chris Basham
He’s having a great season and will once again be important in this fixture.
CB – Cameron Carter-Vickers
The potential American star is going great guns in the Blades’ defence and will need to remain sharp at Loftus Road.
CB – Jack O’Connell
No reason to suggest that another accomplished performance isn’t on the way.
RWB – George Baldock
Luckily, the Blades played on Friday night and have had a little more rest than QPR. A high energy marauding performance will be needed from the wing-back.

LWB – Enda Stevens
Stevens has made a good contribution to this side since joining and epitomises their transfer policy and market record.
RCM – Paul Coutts
The three in the middle know each other’s game so well and will be all the better by sticking together, Coutts included.
CM – Mark Duffy
A real star man of late and one who is increasing in importance in Sheffield United’s midfield. Should start.
LCM – John Lundstram
With Fleck suspended for accumulation, Lundstram should get to start in his place.
ST – Leon Clarke
United’s veteran front two still get the job done and should once again line up together at QPR.
ST – Billy Sharp
Having scored in just the second minute at Elland Road on Friday night, Sharp remains very dangerous at any level and will be carefully watched by QPR.
