The Gunners could be in need of some strengthening in attack this summer as they fail to tie star player Sanchez down to a new deal at the Emirates Stadium. And Arsene Wenger is having trouble keeping star man as his wage demands have exceeded the limits that the club can dish out.
The Chilean forward has been in superb form this season, but will be out of contract with Arsenal at the end of next term, with Inter reported as being among the clubs interested. With a potential interest, there is one player who wants out of the San Siro, that is Ivan Perisic.
According to reports, the Italian giants want a big-name signing up front, and are also looking at Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero as an option in that area.
Inter’s desire to land Sanchez could work out well for Arsenal in their pursuit of Perisic, as his move to the San Siro would free up the Serie A side to let the Croatia international leave.
Still, Chelsea, Liverpool, United and a few other elite European clubs are also all keen on Perisic, 27, who has seven goals from out wide in all competitions this season.
The former Wolfsburg man is estimated to be valued at around £34million by his current club, Inter Milan.
