Norwich City Player Ratings vs Derby County: Here’s how the Canaries fared

Norwich City were only able to muster a 1-1 draw against Derby County in the midweek Championship clash. Timm Klose headed in Teemu Pukki’s corner before Craig Bryson equalised for Frank Lampard’s men in the final five minutes of the game.

Both teams went at it as they ultimately settled for a point on the night. A draw keeps the Canaries in the playoff zone while Derby County rose to eighth place on the table.

A strong performance from Krul who made a number of saves to ensure they picked up a point.

Maximillian Aarons (6/10)

Was impressive in defence but the fullback failed to provide much going forward. His crosses seemed off-radar on the night.

The German made a couple of vital challenges but also made a few sloppy ones, which earned him a yellow card.

Klose was superb on the night and powered his header into the back of the net to hand Norwich the lead.

Not the best performance from the youngster who seemed slightly reckless on the night, picking up a yellow in the process.

Tettey did his bit defensively but gave away the ball cheaply on a few occasions. He didn’t offer much going forward as well.

Leitner’s passing and distribution weren’t up to the mark on the night.

His raids down the right flank did threaten on a few instances but the attacker failed to convert his chances.

The German looked lively on the night and picked a couple of impressive passes in the final third. He was unfortunate not to have an assist.

Todd Cantwell (6/10)

Cantwell lacked a certain cutting edge going forward in this game. He needs to show more consistency in his displays.

Teemu Pukki (7/10)

Was unable to pick up a goal but the Finland international was lively throughout the game and picked up the assist for Klose’s goal.
