Two players Everton should offload before the window closes
Marco Silva brought in a number of new signings over the last two months and Everton now look formidable. The likes of Andre Gomes, Yerry Mina, Lucas Digne, Kurt Zouma, Richarlison, and Bernard were all snapped up in the off-season.
The former Watford manager also trimmed his squad, sending a number of players out on loan.
However, Silva can still offload one or two more players in order to balance the funds. Here we take a look at two players who can be let go before the window shuts this month.
Muhamed Besic
The Bosnian made the move to Merseyside in 2014 for £4m and initially enjoyed a fruitful run of fixtures. But he soon succumbed to injuries, which blighted his Everton career. Besic has only been able to muster a total of 37 league appearances since joining in 2014. He was only able to muster a total of 2 appearances in the Premier League last season before being shipped off to Middlesbrough on loan.
A tough-tackler who came in amidst much expectation from the fans, Besic is a talented midfielder but his inability to remain fit has derailed his career. Marco Silva should offload the midfielder before the window closes. He has become a liability at the club and selling him is the best option at this point.
Sandro Ramirez
The former Barcelona striker made the move to Everton just last year but has failed to live up to the high expectations. He earned his move to Merseyside after scoring 14 goals in 30 appearances for Malaga in the La Liga.
Making 8 appearances for Everton last season without picking up a single goal or assist has seen him often warm the bench. With Cenk Tosun, Theo Walcott, Calvert Lewin and Richarlison now taking up the offensive roles, it doesn’t seem like a smart choice for Ramirez to stay.

Marco Silva should offload the Spaniard as soon as possible. It would be a win-win situation for both parties with Ramirez guaranteed to receive more game time in another club.
