Two Left-Backs Klopp Should Look To Sign To Solve Liverpool’s Defensive Woes

Jurgen Klopp and his squad are ready to continue with their successful journey at the Premier League this season, but seeing their latest performances in all competitions, maybe Liverpool should try to bring players who can refresh the rank and provide them more interesting things besides the ones they already have in the line-up. Fortunately for the Reds, they have a boss who is very capable at the time of signing good players.

Klopp started the season in a great way, defeating important teams (including the current leaders of Premier, Chelsea) and showing a quality game throughout the fixtures, but since a couple of weeks, Liverpool haven’t been the same team we were used to see. Now after facing two painful losses against Southampton and Swansea, Liverpool are set to overcome that situation and recover their old shape.

Although Klopp said transfers won’t fix his defence, Liverpool has been struggling with that problem for a lot of years now, and now it seems like the time to bring new players to reinforce and shield their weakest position has arrived. It is not a secret that Liverpool have needed a left-back for many years, probably since the departure of John Arne Riise and now Klopp has an almost impossible mission, seeing the lack of decent left backs in the entire world. And according to the reports, Jurgen Klopp is planning to sign two left-backs in a bid to solve his problem position.

That’s why he needs to look for very careful and move fast when he found his gem. There are a lot of good names on Liverpool radar, but only a few of them make the requirements people are asking at Anfield. Therefore, we will provide two potential and right names to join this Liverpool in order to improve their games.

Sead Kolasinac

Sead was part of Liverpool’s plans before Alberto Moreno arrived at Merseyside, but now with the awful performances by the former Sevilla player, Klopp might try to sign Kolasinac. He has been a great player for Schalke, as he took the leadership in defence and now is a referent in his team. Kolasinac will provide a lot of security to Liverpool, plus more things that Klopp can love, such as his aerial game and his capacity to carry his team.

Kolasinac is just 23 years old so he would be an amazing fit for a Liverpool team that has a youngers – first policy, and considering that he’s used to playing in the Bundesliga, you can be sure that Klopp is quite familiar with his game and knows how to get the most of him.

Ricardo Rodriguez

Rodriguez has been a common name in English teams this season, but Ricardo can land at Liverpool if the Merseysiders take this negotiation seriously. Rodriguez has developed his game in a great way during his stay with Wolfsburg, but now it’s time to have some new challenges, and if he is able to arrive at Anfield, both Liverpool and Ricardo will win.

Just like Kolasinac, the 24-year-old Swiss has thrived playing in the Bundesliga for a couple of years now, showing some great progress and development, so it wouldn’t be a surprise to see Jurgen Klopp make a run at him as soon as he can.
