Watch: James Tavernier’s stunning free-kick leaves Celtic goalkeeper speechless

Rangers Highlights: Rangers full-back James Tavernier scored a stunning free-kick goal in the Old Firm derby.

The Light Blues hosted the Scottish Premiership Champions at Ibrox for the second time this season.

Tavernier provided the early breakthrough for the Gers with a brilliant free-kick.

After Ryan Kent was fouled, the English full-back produced a stunning strike from outside the box, leaving the Hoops goalkeeper without an answer.

Later, Scott Arfield’s strike was enough for the Ibrox club to wrap up the game 2-0, registering their second derby win at home this season.

Tavernier has been pivotal for the Light Blues this season, bagging an unmatchable 31-goal tally. He has done this being a full-back.

The 27-year-old is also Premiership’s topmost assists provider as of now.

The Light Blues have been on a roll with four wins in their last four games.  Despite ending the season with no silverware, Gerrard is still optimistic about the upcoming season.
