Being a right footer, the 17-year-old enjoys cutting inside from the left to unleash a shot, concurrently leaving space for the full-backs on the outside to run into.

He has played for the U19s at club level and scored two goals this season so far. He has also chipped in with 3 goals in 8 games for the French U16s.

In terms of the attributes, this youngster possesses some serious pace. He is rapid enough to go past defenders in a flash, thus making him a dangerous exponent during counter-attacks. Taoui has the propensity of dribbling with both feet, hence, he always has an option of going past either side of a defender.

Furthermore, his height (178cm) allows him to be a genuine threat in the air, especially from set-pieces. The Frenchman’s work rate off the ball is still not quite up there but he is only 17 and will learn that part of the game sooner than later. His impact on the ball is something incredible, to say the least.
